May’s favorite thing is playing fetch. She is indefatigable…

I wish my dog would fetch 🙁 He is very good at retrieving, but never brings anything back!
That explains why she’s so slim. Sorry, Chaos 😉
Too cute! My cats much prefer to catch things, then hide them under the sofa.
Oh, that’s so cute! My guys aren’t so great at fetching either… Wrestling, that’s a different thing!
How many toys does she need!!?
Mr E plays fetch… but he does tend to tire
Yo, Chris? Think you got a canine in feline fur there.
Chris- A parade of colorful mousies! She puts my Labrador to shame who has never fetched or retreived in her life.
She does point though.
I love the “Electric Mousies” series – staying active is the perfect exercise, huh, May?
(((hugs)))
Ever since I told the kids about Mays fetching talent they’ve been trying to get Jack to do it – but Jack thinks they’re nuts.
Keep up the good work, May!
Well I think we all knew how fetching May was a long time ago.
May is quite a lot better at fetch than my doxie! He wants me to chase HIM rather than him chasing the toy!
Pssst! May! I think you have a little something on your chin.
When I lived in a house with stairs, Della liked to play fetch with a soft foam golf ball. She would bring it to you, you were supposed to bounce it off the wall at the top of the stairs, and she would run down, grab it, and bring it back. If you were a guest and refused to believe that she really wanted it flung and instead just gave a half-hearted toss, she would stalk after it in a huff and deliver it to someone else to throw for her. And if you were busy, she’d take it to the top of the stairs and bat it down for herself. Such a clever cat! Too bad we live in a one-floor basement, now…
Your kitties are so sleek and beautiful!
She could teach most dogs a thing or two! The electric colored mice look like a lot of fun. I think she should spring for a shoulder massage for you though!
She should come over here and teach Foxy how to play fetch. Foxy will fetch, but then takes off with the ball.
Blue fetches, too. He also would have been a great cow horse if he weren’t a cat. Whereas the rest of my herd tend towards the fat and lazy “bring me my tuna” variety, Blue is lightning quick and has amazing focus. He’s getting fat, too, though–on all the bugs he’s been catching! If it flies, it’s dead and swallowed. 😉
It’s really cute that you got pictures of it at his eye level!
Does she roll over and play dead too?
Hmmm… those mousies look rather familiar! 😉 May does look quite adorable, and her black fur sets off the colorful mice nicely.
Yep, one more dog owner that is jealous! Charlie will chase and look at the object but won’t pick it up. Is May available for tutoring?
She is so cute 🙂
Dude she fetches a LOT!
really? i can get a through or two out of one or two cats
awww… love it! May’s definitely getting to be a very pretty girl!
Neither of my kids fetch. I fetch for them. I get fatigable just looking at the pictures of May being indefatigable.
Now to teach them how to fetch your coffee, or book, or knitting needles. 😉
Kami loves to play fetch, too, but she has little nerf balls that she loves. No mice for her.
Ranger likes to play fetch too. May looks very cute with her toys!
Mighty Mayhem Huntress!
My cats have always preferred to watch me play “Throw & Then Fetch”. It amuses them greatly.
I have one kitty that will take her toy to the top of the stairs, drop it, let it bounce down a step or 2 and then chase it the rest of the way down the stairs. Repeat ad nauseum,,,,,
but all those colors go so well with her coat…
Your camera skills are impressive. I’ve never gotten a pic of Bert hauling toys around. I just wake up with knit mousies in bed with me or a kitty fishing pole across my face.
Lewey here, hijacking the email after midnight when they think I’m asleep. I can’t even begin to tell you how undignified that behavior is. You are ruining things for all of us pigheaded pets out here. STOP fetching, May!
You are pretty cute though, with that mouse. If I was a cat, I might find you “fetching”.
Ssssh! I won’t tell anyone you’re a Retriever, May!
fabulous!
at first i thought it was one mouse that kept changing colors.
awww – so adorable.
Mine stopped playing fetch when we moved a year ago – no telling exactly why. every now and then I miss it… sort of…
Makes you wish they made a “Chuck It” for cats.
