Reading Update
Why I’m No Longer Talking to White People About Race by Reni Eddo-Lodge. It took me a while to get into this one, but then I zipped through the last couple of chapters and the “Aftermath”. I appreciated the insight into racism in Britain and the author’s in-depth dissection of white feminism (vs intersectional feminism).
The Arrangement: A charity art book inspired by Good Omens by Basil (FopDoodles). A quick one, as it was mostly fanart, with just a few textual bits.
*DERP* to the nth power…
LOL. Poor Chaos… You’re calling him out with this one. (Not that it’s not perfectly accurate…)
I voted in the Hugos this time for the first year ever. That said… even though it was online and I could theoretically have watched it, I saw who was presenting and decided to watch the live Tweets instead. I’m so glad I did.
That… is an EXTREME close-up of a penguin. 😀
“… pretending it’s not raining because they’re not wet.” I really is exhausting. But… I don’t want to get wet. So I’m going to keep holding that damn umbrella.
You don’t mess with our bike lanes in Portland!
Chaos, buddy!
Heh. Those masks. Definitely perfect!
In masks, no one can hear you scream…
