Welcome back to Art Journaling Monday! I’ve included some of my recent favorites below.
- Waiting for a Lyft…
- Rainbow scribble doodle.
- It’s eerie that this poem is from 1977.
- “Will it end?”
- Schrodinger’s geode.
- I like those stories, too.
- “…because my privilege will try to make me complicit by default.”
- Monopoly.
- “Together, we resist”.
- Space exploration.
- What I left behind…
“Are you done bothering me yet?!” -Mayhem
I love the black cat fabric! (And scritches to your two actual black cats.)
I have felt that way about geodes before, too. That is probably why I was never the one who bought them — my sister was able to appreciate both the outside and the inside, so she was the one who had fun breaking them open.
And about the “what I left behind”… so many people get confused when I tell them that I don’t regret my disastrous marriage but I do regret not dating this one guy in college because he wasn’t fast enough to return my phone calls. Sure, I made mistakes, but it’s been the chances I never took that haunt me.
Never May, never
