Was it the stress of actually having to get ready to go outside? :-)Or are you one of the hardcore Minnesotans? I didn’t mind too much, except when I got halfway to work and heard on the radio that Minneapolis Public School were delayed two hours. Knowing I could have stayed home longer with knitting and hot chocolate, that sucked! The worst was I only had 8 students all day; no one came!
It’s very cool! I tried to leave you a comment last night, but the comments were not working. I said I hoped you got home safely, and it looks like you did. Now I’m fully expecting to get what you got….about April 10th, which would be par for the Vermont course!
I take hundreds of photos because I can’t hold still. 99% are blurry because I moved one way or another.
Can I say, I’m ready for the snow to be gone and spring to be here. Sunday, I woke up to Kally pouncing the snow flakes that landed on the bedroom window.
Whoa, psychedelic snow!! That’s such a cool artistic shot. Living in the tropics, it’s hard to imagine that you’re in the middle of a blizzard right now! BTW, I loved your 100 things list! Take care, Chris! 🙂
Every time it snows, I am struck by the overwhelming urge to stick the cats in it, just to see what they do. Apparently Isadora was a street-cat before she got brought into the shelter, so she’d probably do just fine, but Tyberius has never been without the comforts of a warm, dry house. He’s such a scaredy-cat, I bet he’d be hilarious in the snow.
Looks the same where we are too. Isn’t the first day of spring the 20th? Apparently not for Minnesotans! It could be worse…my FIL (in Illinoi) had a tree fall on his garage…I’ll take the snow.
That is a great picture, Chaos. Oh, sorry, Chris! 😉 I love the effect of the lights. And the snow! But wouldn’t tulips blooming right now be a great thing? Just sayin.
xo
Hey, isn’t it almost Spring . . . what’s with all the snow!
Wow – psychadelic snow. Don’t eat any. 😉
Hey the picture gives you that blizzardy feel. Just 7 more days until spring. 😉
Actually, it’s very pretty! (Your neighbours weren’t shooting fireworks out their window, were they?)
Pretty! Last time the weather looked that pretty, I’d eaten some suspicious looking mushrooms…..
Wow! That is some blizzard. We don’t have weather like that here really.
Cat whiskers.
All my christmas tree pictures came out the same way. Maybe knitting is giving us the shakes? Being such a high-stress hobby ‘n all!
Great photo!

Does this mean it’s a snow day for you, so you can sit around and knit fabulous things all day in the comforts of your own home?
such a clear and concise picture, thats a prize winner 🙂
What is a “snow festival”?
Or, am I just being dense, again?
Wow, that’s a lot of snow. Yikers!
Very cool looking. I hope you made it home safely and that it didn’t take too long — would want Chaos to be lonely.
Yeah sure you weren’t drinking LOL Looks like a fun festival.

Yikes! That’s a lot of snow. Looks like a heck of a snowstorm happening.
I’m jealous. Mother Nature has only provided is with one good storm this winter.
It looks like your neighbors are setting off emergency flares.
I like it! I TRY to achieve that effect. Is Chaos jealous that you didn’t post about him today? 🙂
Are you SURE there wasn’t a bit of whiskey in that coffee of yours?

You were probably shivering with cold? It does look psychedelically cool.
What? You didn’t pose Chaos in a snow drift?

Of course, I’m too nice to do it.

I have pictures just like this. I think the idea of snow in March makes me all shaky and I can’t hold the camera still. I need to move to Florida.

Cool picture!
