A Message from Chaos and Mayhem
Mom doesn’t seem able to blog today. She finished listening to something called Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince late last night and even though we know it wasn’t the first time she’s listened to it, her face got all wet and it took a lot of purring and bringing her fetch toys before she seemed all better. She did seem cheered about being all ready for when book 7 comes in for her at the library, and she sure got a lot of her second Spiralling Sock knitted while she listened!
Maybe you could toss a fetch toy or two while you wait for her to be all blog ready again on Monday? We’re waiting.
🙁
*throw*
Poor Mom! I hope she’s better today!
TANDEM KITTIES!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dear Chaos and Mayhem,
You two be very cuddly today and tell mom to bring tissues to book 7, too.
– trek
PS – If it wasn’t for the size difference, one could argur that there is one cat and one mirror image in the picture.
Hope Mum recovers enough to remember to take care of you kitties!
They almost look posed.:) And ditto on the tissues for book 7. I’d bring a box.
Audio books while knitting–great idea!
*toss* *pitch* *roll*
Mom…it’s okay. I haven’t read this series (and not sure I want to with all the sniffing going on…) but I understand.
(((((((hugs)))))))
Awww…I still remember the total shock I was in when I heard what happened at the end of that one. Little A is stuck on 3 and I hope she stays there for quite a while!
I was on the island of Moloka’i when I first read 6.
When I listened to 6, I love the guy who does the audiobooks for HP, that part…I lose it all over again.
I want to listen to 7 (I’ve read it) but I’m not sure if I’m ready to hear it all again.
*wiggle* waggle * toss * tantalize 🙂
i’ve just finished my re-read of book 7. Saw lots of details I skimmed over the first go round. I wonder if ‘reading’ by audio book… if you can do the same thing? And yes, tissues will be required for book 7 too.
*toss* *jiggle jiggle* *roll*
Poor mom. You keep her cheered up and ready for book 7.
Howsabout a bit of the nip for you adorable two? It’s the organic kind 🙂
That’ll keep you busy while Mom recovers.
Dear C & M,
Be thankful you’re not over here where mom can’t blog because she can’t find the computer and I keep getting locked in a closet or in a room with – GIRL STUFF!!!
Maybe I could come over there and ply for a while?
Love, Tig
When will book 7 be ready for you? It must be comin gup soon!
That’s a cool pic! They look like mirror images. Well, maybe funhouse mirror as the reflection on the right is a little… thicker?
Yeah, book 7 requred lots of tissues for me to get through it. And that was just reading. Listening is harder cause he puts in the emotion and stuff.
Great pic. They look like bookends.
What is that man going to do now, now that he doesn’t have any more HPs to read out loud for us? I wonder what else he’s done. He’s so good.
Ahhh sad book? I actually haven’t read them (yes it’s true) but will definitely throw some kitty toys while you’re occuppied 😉
Boogie is chucking a toy for the kitties. I got to read this post today!
I totally understand the tears on finishing book 6. Have a good weekend! I’m half way through book 7 and haven’t needed tissues yet, so now I’m concerned by the other comments.
Adorable picture of the kitties!
I’m currently on page 424 of book 7 – I’m reading it so the knitting has gone completely on the back burner..
They look like a mysterious pair of Egyptian cats, up to some magic, or waiting for some books to hold up (as matched bookends).
What a great bookend photo of the two of them.
Oh well you won’t like book 7 then.
Kewt kittehs!!! Check your email for a note about my copy of HP7 on CD. 🙂
It’s a kitty Rorschach!!
Harry Potter made you cry?
I’ll kick his ass.
That really is an adorable picture. Chappy completely understands about being a “Harry Potter Orphan,” and sends his sympathy. I will say, though, that I cried more at book 6 than at book 7 . . . not that 7 wasn’t heart-wrenching!
That picture is fabulous! Mirror kitty image. Sort of.
Harley says she would share one of her bouncy balls with Chaos and Mayhem. (And, yes – tissues needed for book 7, too.)
*toss* Ranger says he loves that game and would like to come to play.
They are so cute in mirror image!
Look at the kitty tail love!!
what a fabulous pic of the two jungle beests!
Poor neglected kitties! Not.
LOVE the bookends with the touching tails!
I start HP tonight!
That shot is too cute. Awww just look at their tails 😉
