I left blog writing until too late last night, alas, and so didn’t get photos organized for my continuing vacation adventures (and purchases). This work thing – I am not quite used to it yet after vacation! So, let’s see what I found lurking in my photo folder, shall we? A-ha, here’s an Estes picture – anyone recognize it? 😉
Oh, and a few pictures of Chaos – shhhhhh… he looks sort of sleepy.
I can almost see his nose wiggle because you got too close;-)
Ahh. The lovely Stanley Hotel.
Awww…widdle nose kissies Chaos!
Who took his ears?!?! Where are his ears?!?! What have you done?!?! Poor kitty!!!
There’s nothing quite as cute as a close-up of a kitty nose!
I have no idea what the building is, but I know a cute kitty nose when I see it!
Holy Crap! You didn’t go in that hotel alone did you? I mean, those twins were freaky!
Seriously, those two little hacked up girls in that movie scared the piss out of me. Nothing else about that movie freaked me out like those two girls did, with their little British accents…”Hello, Danny. Come out and play.”
*shudder*
I love the picture of Chaos’ nose. So cute!
The hotel is beautiful from the outside. Who knew that such horror could await you inside…
Of course Chaos is sleeping peacefully, silly…Mom’s home! All is right in his world. I’ll post one of Bailey sometime with a very similar pose.
Awww, sweet sleeping kitty 🙂
Still waiting for the yarn p0rn! That was one scary movie. Did you go in?
Aww, poor Chaos. May got revenge for him eating her whiskers by eating his ears. I don’t think if those’ll grow back though.
That hotel is gorgeous! I’d sleep there. I’ll be the caretaker for winter. I lurve spooky stuff.
Chaos is beautiful as always! 🙂
Oh Chaos – how handsome you are!
Geesh. The Meezer is having a time today – first P-Man is center stage and now Chaos…I think she’s feeling a bit fickle!
That very last shot…he’s slitting those eyes, with “Mom…what the heck are you doing now…?”
(((hugs)))
Ah ha! I knew that was from the Shining- the soft and fuzzy side of Steven King.
Mmmmm, kitty nose! I lurrrrve kitty noses . . .
Is that the hotel in The Shining?
What a handsome nose. You’ve caught the brown bit beautifully. It’s just begging to be stroked. The “annoying the cat” factor is awesome. Always nice to remind them that it’s a two-way street. 🙂
whenever one of my pets’ noses comes close to me, I’m always tempted to teasingly blow into it and make them sneeze. The lizard hates it most.
Kitty nose!!!!!!! *beep beep*
Jeez, still spewing that we didn’t get to meet up but it looks like you had so much fun! You saw a lotta stuff we saw on our first trip – the flatirons were under snow when we were there!l
Aw, sweet, sleepy Chaos!! There’s something so adorable about pet noses. . .
Chris- That IS the OVERLOOK! Man, what a scary story. The made-for-tv version was closer to the book. Scared the pants off me!
Interesting texture on the kitty nose.
Wow – should’ve avoided THOSE links with only 17 days left in this diet. Yikes.
“All work and no play make Chris …” I can’t remember how th e rest of that goes. But that’s the Overlook for sure!! You were up late watching TV weren’t you!!!!
I love kitty noses!
Kitty noses are so soft! I miss having one around!
All work and no knit makes Chris a dull girl…and apparently Chaos as well.
That nose is adorable! He looks like he needs a chin rub.
Heehee! That last picture is classic.
LOVE that kitty picture! What a great little face!
The Stanley! Pretty creepy, I hear…
Thanks for the contest link. I made sure to mention your blog when I left a comment. If you left a comment, and people who read your blog commented and left your name… you’re bound to get something, right?
The wonderful Stanley! The kitty pics are my fav though! Look at the nose!!!!
Don’t wake sleeping kitties. They get VERY demanding. 🙂
OOooooohhhhh it makes me want to kiss his beautiful nose! I realise he’d probably remove one of my internal organs for even trying it, but it would be worth it!
nothing better than a wet black nose 🙂
Such a cute black velvet nose!
I most definitely recognized the hotel – scary!
Oh, FYI to the earlier commenter – the Made for TV version of The Shining was more like the book because Stephen King made it himself. Apparently he wasn’t happy with the earlier movie. I personally think the movie was better, at least in casting. The guy from Wings and the kid were horrible choices!
Hiya,
I probably should’ve posted this to your blog earlier but I procrastinated. At any rate, I’m hosting a swap and there is a contest involved. The details start on my blog and then go to the official swap blog. Feel free to check it out and sign up, iffn’ you are so inclined. 🙂
Hey – good thing Chaos didn’t sneeze on the lens.
Aww, the Big Kitty is napping. He’s so adorable.
That’s the hotel? It looks awesome.
Look at that handsome nose, and that regal face!
How fun to see that Hotel. Love the pics up close. Great nose shot.
kissies!!
It’s the Overlook! There’s absolutely no way I would ever stay there. Just… no… way…
Cute kitty noses! Darn work is always getting in the way. 😉
I want to scritch that cute little nose,
the rest of him is also pretty cute!
Cutie! 🙂
