We have a small household. There’s me (as pictured in the gigantic living room mirror):
and there’s the House Panther on the Prowl:
“Back off with the camera. You don’t want to rile me up. You won’t like it when I’m riled up.”

What a lovely household! How do you get such amusing photos of Chaos? My cat seems to be rather un-photogenic. Or maybe I should try harder!
Thanks for the offer of help with Firefox. I may take you up on it–if Opera keeps acting this cranky.
I love that you comment at my blog. It makes me happy to have found a new knitting friend in the world of blogging–and GF and cat-friendly to boot! :o)
Chaos seems to be a bit more creative and busy than your average 2+ year old cat, from what I can tell and from what Jeanne tells me. I’m not sure he realizes he’s a cat, actually. When I talk to him, he replies. He has to keep track of me, so he follows me around all the time. He will play fetch with the sparkly mice (currently only red sparkly mouse and lime green sparkly mouse are acceptable) for hours. He can keep himself busy playing for ages, too. He does sleep, but when he’s not sleeping – he’s got things goin’ on!
My Kally is like your Chaos, she loves to talk and follow me around the house, and one of her favoite games involves my flipping one of her pompops and her batting it back to me.
Wow, my Casey follows me around, and responds to me when I talk to her, too. Oh wait, she’s my daughter, not a cat! I can’t play this game, I don’t got no cat!
Love your household, they look mighty fine.
Pink Rocket – I didn’t think about it, actually! It was a v-neck even. Hmm. Altho since about 95% of the shirts I own are black, I suppose it isn’t surprising. 🙂
Yes, you actually do look pretty much like your avatar, Chris! Chaos looks suitably dangerous.
Sheba always talked to me too. Actually one of the funniest moments was when I caught my ex brother in law chatting with Sheba one night. Mr. Toughie my foot.
Now they just need to offer an entirely black cat and things will be rockin’ in Chris avatar land!
JenLa have an ugliest avatar meme going round. Or so I hear. ‘Cos if I had actually read it on the JenLa blog, I might be obligated to participate. 😀
Yep, it’s between you and Amylovie as to who looks most like their Avatar…. mine would be a complete lie of an Avatar, until they invent one you can add 30 lbs to! Hey – another reason to start that diet!
Chaos is gorgeous! My puss cats like to sit on my lap and try and catch the wool in their mouths when I am knitting. I do try and discourage this behaviour but when you’ve shooed one off, another one comes along and the catching-shooing starts all over again. With seven cats, it proves a bit difficult to knit as I spend all my time shooing so I’ve given in to their feline powers.
Hey Chris … Chaos is such a cutie, though I can see that he is aptly named. You should visit my friend Kristen’s blog “The Cat Ate It.” 🙂 Take care!
his coat is so SHINE-Y.
naps eyes are wide in amazement.
i have been too busy (translate: lazy) to post this week, but maybe next week i will find some time (translate: energy) to post something about napoleon.

Beauties…both of you!
Aw, shucks – thanks, Imbrium! *blush*

Small, but choice!

🙂
I love a cat who can look stalky and fierce and two seconds later be begging for his favourite toy to be thrown!
Whit-woo! Lookin’ good!
Look at your gorgeous self!
Aw, shucks, guys. You’re making Chaos blush. 😉
Did you notice that you’re wearing a sweater simular to the one in your yahoo thingy?

I thought the same thing — your avitar looks a lot like you.

merry friday!
LOL, Katherine, I was just about to say the same thing. Good job on your avatar! It looks exactly like you! I love your cat!
Jennifer – I already read that blog! Thanks!! 🙂
“me” – Eh, get crackin’ – I wanna see more Napster pictures. He’s a cutie. 🙂
EE – Thanks! Strangely, I think Shanna said that her avatar is eerily similar to mine, but with red hair….
