Mays just wanna play fetch!

I got nothin’ but cats and work, alas. The cats are obviously more fun. Oh yeah – please send help. My throwing arm is breaking off. Thanks! 🙂

“Va-va-va-voom!”
“Dum de dum de dum de dum…”
“…de dum!”
“You don’t wanna know where its tail went.”
“Trust me on the tail thing.”

  1. Wow, she’s getting so big! Sometimes I look at Gandalf (like this morning when he “discovered” himself in the mirror!) and I can’t imagine what he’s going to be like all grown up!

    *sniff*

  2. too cute – one of our black cats loves to play fetch as well – the other thinks it’s too much like child’s play 🙂

Your socks from yesterday’s post are fabulous!

  3. Once in awhile The Meezer plays fetch – I think it’s just the neatest trick! LOVE the May pics….Hope Master Chaos is okay, too!
    I do understand about work…
    (((hugs)))

  4. That’s so funny! I didn’t know cats liked to play fetch. My dog, Fiona, won’t play with toys at all. I always used to say she was like a cat, but I guess that blows that theory 🙂

  5. Chris,

Have you read The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova yet? If you like vampire stories, this one is amazing. I’m about halfway through and it pains me to put it down! 🙂

  6. Just pretend to throw and and watch her look for it for hours. It works with Tig. And what’s up with the previous comment? Did you get a hubby and kids that I don’t know about??

  7. My Izzy kitty liked to play fetch with the rings off water bottles. I’d wake up in the middle of the night with at least a dozen of those things on my chest. Cats are so cool.

  8. We love kitty photos!
I notice that only one kitty is playing fetch.
I know exactly where the mouse tail has gone,
Pearl Phyllis does the same thing,
I now cut tails off before handing over the mouse.
I bought a “bungee mouse” for Christmas a few years ago,
within 2 minutes of it being hung on the door handle,
(supposedly to bounce up and down and provide hours of entertainment)
it was chewed off the elastic
and I had a bit of ‘bungee’ elastic hanging from the door handle
