Lots of enormous homes today… but too palatial-feeling for me. Though the Tudor one at least has a nice warm feeling, and I kind of like castle-esque with gargoyles.
At first I was thinking that the shagadelic house had a lot of promise if you just removed the carpeting, but then it devolved quickly as it went to the basement.
Sorry to have been silent for so long, but I find myself quickly losing my ability to appreciate absurdity, to find humor in wrong, and even to react with any lasting pleasure to beauty. What I have not lost is my enjoyment of a weekly visit with May, Polly, Harry and their servant.
That Tudor house, yes please
Oh wow, the art in that FL house with all the fish is stunning. I like the house (because of the art) more than I expected to from the outside.
Thanks for the link to the “required reading” series of posts. Very important stuff indeed.
I am reading more than just that, but commenting time & brainpower is greatly reduced at the moment. (Gee, I wonder why… /s )
I hope you and the kitties are well.
