You may be able to fit a couch into an envelope, but you’ll never get that envelope into a mail box. Interesting concept, though.
That house at 3324 Portland is NOTHING like the house i and 7 others lived in at 3240 Park. Our house (obviously) was a rental, and someone with enough money could have renovated it beautifully. Our rent was $35/each plus our share of utilities–a total <$50/month.
