Book Giveaway: How to Tame a Modern Rogue (Contest Closed)

Contest is closed! Thanks to everyone who participated.

Many thanks to the Hatchette Book Group for providing five copies of Diana Holquist’s contemporary romance, How to Tame a Modern Rogue, for me to give away!

Commitment-phobic Sam Carson has only dated model-gorgeous women. But one stolen kiss from a plain-Jane schoolteacher and he’s hell-bent on stripping away her floral dresses and teaching her the art of being bad. If only her good-girl ways didn’t make him want to be a better man…

Ally Giordano is at the end of her rope. Her beloved grandmother actually believes that she’s living in her favorite romance novel in Regency England and Ally doesn’t have the heart to set her straight. But now Granny Donny’s last wish is for a retreat to the country and Ally can’t refuse her…until she demands that Sam accompany them. And though his smiles turn her knees into jelly, Ally knows better than to trust a playboy…and she definitely knows better than to try to change one. Or does she?

Looks like Mayhem took to heart (mouth??) your suggestions that she quit worrying about the scary trucks, pick up her tiara, and remember that she’s a Fearless Panther Princess.

“Man, May sure loves this tiara, doesn’t she?” -Chaos

  1. Enter my Mom, please!!

Chaos, girls are gross. They do weird things, and I *think* they may give you cooties too, so watch out. No, I’m pretty sure they do.

    OK, bye.

  2. You go girl!!! Rock out your Tiara… And tell Chaos he better watch out, because when the Fearless Princess is around… there is no such thing as a scare-dy cat!!!

  3. Please enter me into the contest… every school teacher deserves some romance! 🙂

  4. Please enter me!! I love Rogues, be they modern or not, and the taming of them is always a delight.

    Thanks!

  5. I see covers like this with the description and wish they would actually use “a Plain Jane” on the cover. I know plenty of people who would wish they looked as good as the woman on the cover.

  6. Haha! I need to get a tiara for my own “fearless” panther princess. I’m sure it’ll be torn to shreds within an hour. 🙂 Of course, Big Kitty will definitely help her with that!

  7. Since you can never have too many books (even when they’re crammed in every corner of your home, under your bed, in closets) I would love to be entered in the contest.

  11. I would love to win this book. The title in intiguing using Rogue and modern day. While the definition still holds true you just don’t think about it in those terms any more. I am a historical and contemporary romance junkie and this looks to be an excellent read.

    Please count me in!

  16. This book sounds so good I have added it to my TBR list.
Feathers are for tickling not tiaras. That’s where diamonds should be worn.

  17. Also enter me in the drawing, please. I’m giving romance stories another chance….
