“No one takes me seriously! Everyone is always cooing and saying how cute I am and rubbing my tummy and just generally dissing my inner badass! Well, *blip* all of you! I just killed and ate a boxelder bug and I am ready for more. Bring it on.” -Mayhem
It is no good May, I’m sorry, but even killers can look cute so you are just going to have to put up with it 🙂
Sorry, Mayhem, I’m with Janine 🙂
Mayhem….a lion with the heart of a lamb.
May, are you flippin’ us off? Heh heh. You know, Gandalf thinks you just rock. And me too.
Just what has Chaos been teaching you Mayhem? I worry he might not be the proper influence for you.
“urp”
Manners, young lady!
Silly kitty. The cuteness hides the inner killer so as to dupe the unwary. Use the cute!
Atta girl! I’m sure that you put “the fear of feline” into it before you ate it.
Think you can teach other kitties to be so thorough?
You ARE the Mighty Huntress, huh, May? Congratulations!
(you’re still cute!)
(((Hugs)))
You GO with your inner badass, May!
Chris- She is, she’s flipping us the bird!!!
Yummy protein snack! Someone here ate a wasp – ouch!
She didn’t kill the bug on your stripy socks, did she?
BUG BREATH!
~Ruby~
Mayhem, way to go! I totally could have used you years ago when I loved in a box elder laden neighborhood (*shudder*)! 🙂
loved? Huh? That should say ‘lived.’ *blush*
Please come to my house – we have lots and lots of boxelder bugs for you to enjoy!
What a fierce panther you are! Here’s the ultimate challenge — centipede hunting and eating. My little Capricha can do it!
errr – t.m.i. – (hahahahaha)
Mummy must be so proud. We have a 125# fly-catcher. I’m sure he’s every bit as efficient and cost effective as May;-)
Well! I guess she told us!
You could always come over here for some of our yummy spiders…
We have spider killing and eating down here. Hey we have plenty of bugs of all kinds down here. I’ll be happy to ship some of them up to you. 😉
I bow down to your superior bug hunting abilities. 🙂
Box elder bugs of the world, beware!
May, you might want to remember that not all bugs are as tasty as the b.e. ones; wasps, for example, are NOT appropriately included in kitteh diets.
thanks for setting us straight May. I will be sure to be cautious around the ferocious kitty from now on. 🙂
Congrats, May, on the Box Elder bug kill. You are a true femme fatale. Just watch the crickets. Our cat growing up would try to swallow them alive and whole, which didn’t work out too well for either the cat or the cricket (or my mom who usually had to clean up).
And then there were my outdoor herd who apparently thought dinner was too late and caught a squirrel. There was Miss Madigan and Miss Growlypants pulling like mad at the carcas until they pulled it apart and each ran off with their half for a teatime snack. And, they didn’t leave a hair to be found, not even the tail which they have always left in the past. I guess they were just too hungry. So, good girl May and keep up the good work so Mommy can have a safely bug-free environment.
Love and hugs from Ann in Dallas
She needed to visit my library earlier in the spring, when those things were all over.
EWWWWWWWWW!
BWAHAAHAHAH – no Photoshopping needed for that paw!
Sorry, May. You’re still way too cute!!!
