oooo-ooooo, she looks so bossy! I’d listen to her! I had those same meds for knee surgery… yuck! Got off them ASAP, and took a lot of advil instead, which doesn’t mess with my head (or my stomach). DH had a similar med (the less nasty one), and was on it for a couple days without head messing… maybe he’s just got different chemistry. Feel better soon!
May- if you lay on them (carefully if you’re Momma has owies – maybe on her legs?) they can’t get up as easily and rest more…
hope that helps – oh and don’t forget to purr a lot. the humans they like that and it makes them less likely to disturb you. it’s so hard to take care of humans! 🙂
Are you sure that there wasn’t a “Fill the food dish” beforehand? It was a great MN day to snuggle up in bed, read and nap. Hopefully you’ve been forgiven and had snuggly kitties–if not, open a window. 🙂
I’d listen too if I got that kind of stare-down. 🙂
She looks like she means business. I’d listen to her. Especially if the big kitty is helping her…
I agree with Mayhem.. go nap!
Yeah! Go nap! And read, then nap some more, then knit!
And feed us! Dammit!
Yes, go take a long nap and come back only when you’re well rested. Good to see you back though.
Man, those cats are bossy! I wish mine would let me rest. Instead, Perry has taken to waking me up a 4:30/5am. Ugh.
You tell her, May!
Glad to see Mayhem has you in order – she’s absolutely right too!
“I am a svelte and sexy kitty, don’t you agree, dahling?” -Mayhem
Get back to getting better! 🙂
(Have you seen lolsecretz.blogspot.com?)
Back away from the computer and no one will get hurt. 🙂
Glad to see May is looking after you.
Listen to the cat!
Good girl Miss May!
Uh oh. She’s now the catstaff?
So glad to see you are back, but now please get some rest. May is apparently on duty and she looks like she means business.
Kitties always give the best napping advice. Rest well!
It’s good that you are getting nap advice from an expert! (They sleep, what? 20 out of 24 hours?)
I’d listen to May. Cats are pretty savvy when it comes to napping. May looks ready for Halloween!
Chris- Get back in that bed!
Alright, you can take some yarn to cuddle with, and a cat or two.
Night night Chris 🙂
You tell her, May!
Sleep it up….erm, down. Feel better amiga.
Listen to May. I found the cats always know besy when it comes to sick Mommy.
you forgot to add her thought-only side-note of “so I can make biscuits on you and snuggle”
Good for Mayhem!
Kitties are the best nurses, always ready to force you to nap with them.

I agree!
Good girl Mayhem, you tell her!
Better do what Mayhem says….those eyes look serious.
I’d listen to Mayhem. Who knows what she’s truly capable of?
May- if you lay on them (carefully if you’re Momma has owies – maybe on her legs?) they can’t get up as easily and rest more…

Pepper
Perfect look Mayhem – I second your catly opinion!
you tell her May! and if that doesn’t work, remind her that she pinky swore to rest!
Are you sure that there wasn’t a “Fill the food dish” beforehand? It was a great MN day to snuggle up in bed, read and nap. Hopefully you’ve been forgiven and had snuggly kitties–if not, open a window. 🙂
Glad to hear things are getting better 🙂 And as for May’s look, it could’ve been the die die die glare of Chaos!
please rest. I’m so glad everything went well. sending you big hugs your way. xoxo
Glad to hear your home and feeling better!
Take it down a notch, babe! Relax and listen to the cats.
Wow, I wouldn’t disobey that face!
