  13. Mayhem–Spy Cat! A while ago I heard about a panther radio-collar project in Costa Rica. It is hard to find a panther to put a collar on, but these scientists did it. And then they found that often while out in the rainforest, a collared panther would be within 10-20 feet, obviously watching the humans, but even with the radio signal, the scientists could not find the panther. Just a word of caution, since you seem to be under surveillance.
