Judging may be by funniest captions or by random number, depending on my inclination and if I bully entice Jeanne to help me judge captions. Prizes – some books, some music, some yarn, some black cat paraphernalia. The winner(s) will probably have the option to select from several different things.

On the grounds that cats are pretty much:

and Penguins are:
uname (on a large number of systems these days – bet there is a FreeBSD or OS X user out there – oh well).

Oh actually this is written on a Mac (OSX) and I do have a FreeBSD fileserver in the garage! So there is at least one of us out there!
