  1. Well, you look happy, so I’m taking that as a good sign. I hope that you’ve got a speedy recovery. And I hope that’s a knitting bag I see at the side of the bed. (What is it about knitters — we seem to look forward to any type of illness or injury that requires no work but allows unrestricted knitting?)

  2. Yay, good to see you’re doing well Chris! I’m sure Chaos and Mayhem are anxiously awaiting your return, as with everyone in blogland!

  3. I’m glad to see you’re doing so well! I have to admit though, I’m with Guinifer. I’m wondering if you’re getting the good drugs. *hee*

Can’t wait to see you back home with Chaos and Mayhem!

  4. Looking good, Chris! I know you’ll be happy to get home to your own bed. Your furry caretakers, Chaos and May, will be thrilled to see you as well. 🙂

  5. You look happy and comfortable. (drugs I’m guessing…) Is that one of your signature black sweaters on your right shoulder peeking out from under the gown? Or is it Mayhem? Get home soon to the kids.

  6. Great smile… knitting… yup, things are looking up. All you need is a sparkly mouse and a purr or two, and you’ll be the new, improved Chris Ultra!

(Glad you’re nearly back; we missed you!)

  7. Chris you look great! Much better than me, who has not just had major surgery but still has not had a shower all day nonetheless.

  8. Oh, Chris, you look wonderful. I am so glad it all turned out well for you. I am glad it is over. I hope to see you soon!

  9. I just got back from several weeks away and was sorry to read about your surgery. I must say, though, that you look pretty perky in this photo!
    Take care of yourself.
